Ltd. delivery policies are to provide our customer with utmost convenience
and satisfaction. The policies are as follows:
- When
our customers agrees to purchase and has completely remitted the
amount, Plan Wisdom Co., Ltd. will proceed to deliver the order
within 1 or 2 working days( not including weekends and other special
holidays) through registered mailing. Our customers will receive
their goods depending on the terms and conditions agreed by each
customer.
The Terms and Conditions to receive our products are as follows:
 If you order our standard products, we will have it delivered to you through registered mailing system within 5 working days for Bangkok residence and 7 days for outside Bangkok. There will be no cost charged from our customers for the registration.
If you order our special products, we will have it delivered to you through EMS within 3 working days for Bangkok residence and 5 working days for outside Bangkok. Customers will be charged 20 Baht for EMS.
We have arranged quick mailing system for customers who require faster delivery. The conditions and terms are as follows:
- To receive the product the following day, customers need to apply to the conditions and terms of payment and remit the amount within 12:00 p.m. the same day ( for instance, if you order the product on 7th August, 2005 , you will receive the product on 8th August, 2005.)
We have subscribed to TNT mailing system for an express delivery service and customers will be charged 150 baht for each delivery made.
Plan Wisdom Co., Ltd. is determined in our
delivery policy for customer satisfaction, on- time delivery schedule
and is contented with our delivery system.
